PORTLAND International Quilt Market Spring 2013













My Dream to go to International Quilt Market finally came true.I met a lot of the fabric designers I have admired and loved for so long! Wow even though I live near Hollywood I was really star struck!

I loved the quilt on the chair by Heather Bailey. Sorry I didn't get a close up. But the flower was raised.
I asked for a pattern but not sure if one exists.


Thought this was cute and funny, Blue berry pie picknic holder. Sorry, I am supposed to give credit where credit is due. But I don't remember who made this or where to get this pattern. If anyone can tell me please do! Thank you

I thought this mini quilts were so cute. By Mouse Blankets Pattern Company. The woman who designed these was so so sweet. I love miniatures so these really appealed to me. The button embelishments were adorable!!!!

Mo Bedell won Best New Exhibitor I loved this quilt in her booth! How long did it take and did she get the fabrics on time??????

it was so wonderful to meet her. I have most of her books and she is such a beautiful lady both inside and out. Her work was what made me love applique.

shhhhhh! Sample Spree! Am I alowed to take this picture? We waited a couple hours sitting in line to get in! Never been before! It's worth the wait. The big companies had mobs around them. Fun fun fun.
Why does it have to be so late though? Very exhausting.
Never thought Quilt market could be this good!
 This killed me... all the women and their large totes! Did you ever stop to notice how many bag ladies there are?
